🥕 Ingredients

Grains

  • Oats — 1/2 Cup

Dairy

  • Low Fat Paneer — 1/2 Cup
  • Low Fat Curd — 0.35 Cup

vegetables

  • Carrot — 2 Tbsp
  • शिमला मिर्च — 2 Tbsp
  • Onion — 2 Tbsp
  • Tomato — 2 Tbsp
  • Lemon Juice — 1 Tsp

Oils

  • Soybean Oil — 1 Tsp

Herbs

  • Mint Leaves — 1 Tbsp

Spices

  • Cumin Seeds — 1/4 Tsp
  • Table Salt — 1 To Taste

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Grind the oats into a fine powder.
  2. Add water gradually and make a smooth batter. Rest for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Mix paneer, carrot, capsicum, onion, tomato and cumin seeds for the filling.
  4. Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly grease with oil.
  5. Spread half the batter into a medium, thin chilla.
  6. Add half the vegetable-paneer filling to one side.
  7. Fold the chilla and cook on both sides until lightly crisp.
  8. Repeat for the second chilla.
  9. Mix curd with chopped mint and lemon juice.
  10. Serve the chillas warm with mint curd.
