π¨βπ³ Instructions
- Grind the oats into a fine powder.
- Add water gradually and make a smooth batter. Rest for 5β10 minutes.
- Mix paneer, carrot, capsicum, onion, tomato and cumin seeds for the filling.
- Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly grease with oil.
- Spread half the batter into a medium, thin chilla.
- Add half the vegetable-paneer filling to one side.
- Fold the chilla and cook on both sides until lightly crisp.
- Repeat for the second chilla.
- Mix curd with chopped mint and lemon juice.
- Serve the chillas warm with mint curd.
