🥕 Ingredients
Flours
- Bajra flour — 1/4 Cup
Dairy
- Low Fat Paneer — 60 g

- Tomato — 2 Tbsp
- Onion — 2 Tbsp
- शिमला मिर्च — 2 Tbsp
- Green Peas — 2 Tbsp
- Cucumber — 1/2 Cup
- Lemon Juice — 1 Tsp
Oils
- Soybean Oil — 1 Tsp
Spices
- Cumin Seeds — 1/4 Tsp
Herbs
- Coriander Leaves — 1 Tbsp
👨🍳 Instructions
- Mix bajra flour with warm water and make a soft dough.
- Shape into 1 medium roti and cook on a hot tawa until cooked on both sides.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add onion, tomato, capsicum and peas. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Add crumbled paneer and coriander. Mix gently and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- Prepare the cucumber salad and finish with lemon juice.
- Serve the bajra roti, paneer bhurji and salad together
