🥕 Ingredients

Flours

  • Bajra flour — 1/4 Cup

Dairy

  • Low Fat Paneer — 60 g

vegetables

  • Tomato — 2 Tbsp
  • Onion — 2 Tbsp
  • शिमला मिर्च — 2 Tbsp
  • Green Peas — 2 Tbsp
  • Cucumber — 1/2 Cup
  • Lemon Juice — 1 Tsp

Oils

  • Soybean Oil — 1 Tsp

Spices

  • Cumin Seeds — 1/4 Tsp

Herbs

  • Coriander Leaves — 1 Tbsp

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix bajra flour with warm water and make a soft dough.
  2. Shape into 1 medium roti and cook on a hot tawa until cooked on both sides.
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  4. Add onion, tomato, capsicum and peas. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add crumbled paneer and coriander. Mix gently and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  6. Prepare the cucumber salad and finish with lemon juice.
  7. Serve the bajra roti, paneer bhurji and salad together
