- Bajra flour β 1/4 Cup

- Low Fat Paneer β 60 g

- Tomato β 2 Tbsp
- Onion β 2 Tbsp
- Capsicum β 2 Tbsp

- Cucumber β 1/2 Cup
- Lemon Juice β 1 Tsp

π¨βπ³ Instructions
- Mix bajra flour with warm water and make a soft dough.
- Shape into 1 medium roti and cook on a hot tawa until cooked on both sides.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add onion, tomato, capsicum and peas. Cook for 3β4 minutes.
- Add crumbled paneer and coriander. Mix gently and cook for another 2β3 minutes.
- Prepare the cucumber salad and finish with lemon juice.
- Serve the bajra roti, paneer bhurji and salad together
