- Lotus Seeds (Makhana/Fox Nuts) — 1.5 Cup

- Turmeric Powder — 1/4 Tsp
- Black Pepper — 1/4 Tsp

👨🍳 Instructions
- Heat a dry pan over low heat and roast the makhana for 4–5 minutes, stirring regularly until crisp.
- Add the almonds and pumpkin seeds and roast for another 1–2 minutes.
- Add cumin seeds, turmeric and black pepper. Toss gently for 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Prepare 200 ml herbal tea separately using your choice of tulsi, ginger, cinnamon or peppermint.
- Serve the warm herbal tea alongside the roasted makhana and nut mixture.
