- Gram Flour (Besan) β 2 Tbsp

- Mix ragi flour and besan in a bowl.
- Add chopped onion, carrot, capsicum, coriander and cumin seeds.
- Add water gradually and make a smooth, medium-thick batter.
- Rest the batter for 5β10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly grease with the oil.
- Pour the batter and spread into 2 small cheelas.
- Cook on medium heat until the edges become crisp, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve warm with plain curd.
