π¨βπ³ Instructions
- Wash and soak the rice and moong dal for 15β20 minutes.
- Add rice, dal, carrot, bottle gourd, spinach and about 300 ml water to a pressure cooker.
- Cook until soft and well combined.
- Heat Β½ tsp ghee, add cumin seeds and pour over the khichdi.
- Mix cucumber with plain curd to prepare a simple raita.
- Serve the khichdi warm with the raita.
